ARTrunning started as a passion project born in the mountains and coasts of Antique. Early events like A Taste of Antique Trails and the Hangaway trail races set the tone: storytelling journeys that invited runners to embody courage, endurance and the Antiqueño spirit.
Today, each race is a brushstroke that paints radiant sunsets, raw earth and the lore of the land. Runners come to feel Antique's soul, and become part of a community that cherishes both performance and preservation.

Antique stretches along Panay's western coast, with the highlands rising behind it and the Sulu Sea in front. It is a province made for runners who want more than a finish line.
Raw Highlands
From lowland rainforest to highland ridges, the terrain is untamed. Mt. Madja-as, the province's highest peak, watches over it all.

Warm light over the Sulu Sea, and ridge-line views that open out toward the water.
