Who we are
ARTrunning, operated by Filpix Media and Innovations OPC (“we”, “us”), organizes trail running events in Antique, Philippines, including the Antique Trail Marathon, Hangaway, A.T.A.T. and The Antique Marathon. What personal information we collect
- When you join our updates list: name, email address, city or province, running club or team (optional), and the races you are interested in.
- When you register for a race: name, email, mobile number, address or city, birthdate, gender, shirt size, running club, emergency contact, and health information you choose to provide for race safety (such as medical conditions, allergies or a medical certificate), plus payment details such as your payment reference or proof of payment.
- When you contact us or send a sponsor inquiry: the details you put in the form.
Why we collect it
- To process your race registration, assign your bib and race category, and communicate race details.
- To keep you safe on race day, including contacting your emergency contact if needed.
- To send you updates, early-bird notices and newsletters about ARTrunning events, only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
- To improve our events, and to meet legal, accounting and permit requirements from local government and other authorities.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with service providers that help us run registration and email, such as our email platform (Brevo), our payment channels (GCash and bank transfer) and our website host, and with race safety, medical and local government personnel when required for the event. We do not sell your personal information. If you take part in our races, we publish race results (name, bib number, category and finishing time) and photos and videos taken at our events on our website, social media and promotional materials. If you do not want your photo used, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to remove it. When you register for a race, we also publish a start list on our website showing your name, your running club or city, your distance and your registration status (pending or confirmed). We do not publish your contact details, date of birth, emergency contact or any health information on the start list.
How long we keep it
We keep registration records for up to five (5) years for event, accounting and legal purposes. Newsletter contacts stay on our list until you unsubscribe.
How we protect it
Access to registration data is limited to authorized ARTrunning organizers and volunteers who need it. Health and emergency-contact information is used only for race safety. Registration and health information is kept in our website’s restricted-access system and is not stored in our email newsletter platform.
Your rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), you may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, object to or withdraw consent for its processing, and file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. To make a request, email connect@runantiquetrail.com.
